- A worker history must be matched to dates, departments, tasks, equipment, coworkers, and contemporaneous records.

- Which mill area or department did the person enter?
- What job or trade did they perform, and during what years?
- Did they work around steam piping, turbines, boilers, electrical rooms, machinery, maintenance, repair, or demolition?
- What employment, union, contractor, maintenance, purchasing, or witness records can test the memory?
